Warranty

What is your policy on warranties?
•We offer a three-day warranty for all items, with effective from the receipt date of the items. If the items are damaged during shipping or due to factory defects, we will refund or exchange for you. However, we do not refund or replace items if the damage is caused by one or more of the following:

-Inappropriate use of the item
-Disassembly and / or modification of the item

•We do not provide warranty service if any of the following apply:

- Your warranty has expired (i.e. more than 3 days from the date you receive the items)
- Product is not 100% in new condition (both internal & external)
- Product has been disassembled or modified by user

•We pay for the return shipping costs ONLY IF the return is a result of an error made by Airsoft Millennium. Airsoft Millenium reserves the final right to determine the proper course of action in all circumstances.

Cancellation & Return Policy

You can cancel your order by sending email to us. However, order cannot be canceled while it is being prepared or once it is shipped. If you are unable to cancel item(s) and need to make a return, a 15% handling fee of the total item prices would be charged. Shipping cost will not be refunded if the order is shipped.
