*Most confirmed orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days or less.

*For now, we only ship within Canada

*We pay for the return shipping costs ONLY IF the return is a result of an error made by Airsoft Millennium. Airsoft Millenium reserves the final right to determine the proper course of action in all circumstances.
 

*Please note that UPS and Canada Post are third party carriers. Airsoft Millennium will not be held responsible for delays in shipping once an order is in transit. In the even that a order is lost, we will process a claim and refund or replacement item will be sent once the claim is complete.

*Package that go missing in transit will be refunded or replaced only after the shipping company (Canada Post or UPS) has completed its investigation and has determined the package to be lost. Investigation take on average 10-15 business days once submitted.
